The App offers two types of in-app purchases:
All transactions are handled securely by Google Play Billing. We receive only a confirmation of purchase status — never your full payment details.
Our app includes an in-app reporting feature that allows users to report or flag AI-generated content they find offensive, inappropriate, or policy-violating. Reported content is reviewed to help maintain a safe and creative experience for everyone.
Reports are stored only as long as needed for review and moderation. Repeat violators may be restricted from generating content.
Images you upload for AI processing are transmitted securely to our AI provider for the sole purpose of generating your requested output. We do not use your uploaded images to train AI models without explicit consent. Generated outputs belong to you, subject to applicable third-party AI service terms.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:
Free users see ads served by Google AdMob and other partners. These networks may use the Advertising ID for personalization. You can reset or limit your Advertising ID in your device settings. Premium subscribers and users who purchase the ad-removal one-time product will not see ads.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
The App may contain integrations with third-party services. Their privacy policies govern information processed through their services.
Mica AI uses Snap Camera Kit, provided by Snap Inc., to provide optional Snapchat Lenses and camera effects within the App.
When you choose to use a Snapchat Lens, Camera Kit may process camera frames and related visual information required to apply the selected Lens and provide the AR camera experience. Depending on the Lens and feature used, this may include face, hand, body, or other visual tracking information.
Camera access is used only when you use a feature that requires the camera. If a selected Lens or camera feature requires microphone access for recording or audio functionality, microphone access will be used only for that feature and with the applicable device permission.
Mica AI does not use Camera Kit to identify you personally. We do not intentionally collect Snapchat account information, contacts, friend lists, or private Snapchat messages through Camera Kit.
The information processed through Camera Kit depends on the Lenses and features used. Snap Inc. may process information necessary to provide Camera Kit and Lens functionality in accordance with its applicable privacy practices.
Using Snapchat Lenses is optional. You can manage or deny applicable device permissions through your Android device settings. If a required permission is denied, the affected Lens or camera feature may not work.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the App. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
