This Privacy Policy explains how Mica AI ("we", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use our mobile application. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1.1 Information You Provide
- Photos & Media: Images you select are processed locally and/or sent to our AI service for editing. We do not permanently store your original photos.
- Feedback & Reports: When you contact us or report content, we collect the information you submit (message text, email).
- Purchases: Subscription and one-time purchase transactions are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not store payment card data.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, language, and unique app identifiers.
- Usage Data: Features used, session duration, crash logs, and performance metrics (via Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics).
- Advertising ID: Used for serving relevant ads (only for non-premium users).

- Camera: To capture photos directly within the App.
- Storage / Photos: To read images you choose and save edited results.
- Internet & Network State: Required for AI processing, ads, and updates.

- Exact Alarm / Full-Screen Intent: Used only for scheduled reminder features you enable.

How We Use Information
- To provide and improve photo editing, AI generation, and related features.
- To process subscription and one-time in-app purchases.
- To display ads to non-premium users.
- To analyze app performance, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
- To respond to support requests and content reports.
- To comply with legal obligations.

In-App Purchases
The App offers two types of in-app purchases:
- Auto-renewable Subscriptions: Recurring billing (weekly, monthly, or yearly). Charges renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play account settings.
- One-Time Products: A single non-recurring purchase that unlocks features or removes ads permanently for the purchasing account.
All transactions are handled securely by Google Play Billing. We receive only a confirmation of purchase status — never your full payment details.

Safe AI Community
Our app includes an in-app reporting feature that allows users to report or flag AI-generated content they find offensive, inappropriate, or policy-violating. Reported content is reviewed to help maintain a safe and creative experience for everyone.
Reports are stored only as long as needed for review and moderation. Repeat violators may be restricted from generating content.

AI-Generated Content
Images you upload for AI processing are transmitted securely to our AI provider for the sole purpose of generating your requested output. We do not use your uploaded images to train AI models without explicit consent. Generated outputs belong to you, subject to applicable third-party AI service terms.

Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:
- Service Providers: Firebase (Google), Google Mobile Ads, AppLovin / MAX, and our AI processing partners — strictly to operate the App.
- Google Play Billing: For subscription and purchase processing.
- Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.

Advertising
Free users see ads served by Google AdMob and other partners. These networks may use the Advertising ID for personalization. You can reset or limit your Advertising ID in your device settings. Premium subscribers and users who purchase the ad-removal one-time product will not see ads.

Data Retention & Security
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights
- Access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you.
- Withdraw consent or object to processing.
- Manage subscriptions in Google Play.
- Opt out of personalized advertising in device settings.
- Residents of the EEA, UK, and California have additional rights under GDPR / CCPA.

The App may contain links or integrations with third-party services (e.g., social media share). Their privacy policies govern their use of your data.
